"When my agent retired and they gave me to Brent I accept that as Cindy (in his office) was very helpful. Brent on the other hand would not call me back. I had an issue once with a water leak in my wall. I was trying to get this fixed before it became a disaster and his words were there was nothing he could do and I would just have to let it play out. If I had done as he suggested I would have been out a lot more money cause they would not have paid. The last straw came when I went on line to pay my bill and discovered that I had no homeowners. When I called the office I was told that main office had sent me a letter telling me I had until March to get new roof, have a limb removed and something about ivy on the side (still don’t know what they are talking about). I said I never received the letter. My agent before Brent would never have allowed this to happen , he would have been calling me to make sure I got the letter. She told me if i could get an estimate for the roof and show I was having a new one put on they would reinstate me. So I did, even got the person to come very next day to replace roof. But nope wasn’t good enough had to actually have roof replaced and limb removed. So I am without insurance at this moment and praying nothing happens. So I call Shelter and over the phone get better coverage and same price. THAT DAY! So yes I have moved all my policies to Shelter. Still have not heard from Brent to see if he can do anything. Oh did I say I have been with State Farm for over 40 years! That is how you treat a long standing client. Do not use Brent he has no time for his clients!"

"Not only have I had issues with State Farm and Hot Springs, but I have had issues. This is with this specific location. Since I have moved to Heber Springs and the communication is terrible. So, i had called to. Get some information about flood insurance on Friday. The 25th of April, but I was told to call back Monday, which I did to talk to Brent, and I called Monday morning early. And I was told that Brent would call me back, but he never call me back and I am a client. But I obviously I am not a priority even though they screwed up what I'm supposed to be paying in the first place but I gave them a chance and then Tuesday comes around and still no phone call. So I call, and of course, Brent isn't in the office again. And not even. Anybody under brand call me back to talk to me about anything that I was concerned about, so do not. Get your insurance through State Farm period and especially do not go through Brainerd. Because they are not professional and do not know anything about a business. And haven't any kind of food Professionalism and as a business owner I know. This is the worst insurance company. You can deal with hands down! All they want is your money and don't care about talking to you if you're not a new clientvthey are trying to reel in for stats an dollars!"
